Trish Brown

Volunteer Coordinator

Trish Brown joined Vanderburgh County CASA as a Volunteer Coordinator in 2007. Prior to accepting her current position as a CASA Volunteer Coordinator, Trish was employed with the Department of Child Services (DCS) as a family case manager for 17 years. In her former position as family case manager with DCS, applauded the need for all children who are wards of the court to have a CASA volunteer advocating for them on their behalf. As Trish’s worked with CASA volunteers, she was amazed by the accomplishments a volunteer that served as a CASA advocate to children in abuse and neglect cases. As a CASA Volunteer Coordinator, Trish is proud to witness the dedication of so many CASA Volunteers. Seeing the children benefit from a CASA volunteer advocating for children’s needs is an amazing experience and life changing! Trish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from University of Southern Indiana.
